At Relaxazzy100, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services or have to cancel your booking, our refund policy is outlined below:

 Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only available for services booked directly through Relaxazzy100 (in-person, via our website, or phone).
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled service date.

Non-Refundable Fees

• Registration Fees: All registration fees for membership or training programs are non-refundable.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or event are not eligible for a refund.

 Refund Amounts

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
• Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the service.
• No Refund: For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or for no-shows.

 Memberships and Packages

• Unused Services: If you decide to cancel your membership or package, refunds will be provided on a prorated basis for any unused services, minus any applicable administrative fees.
• Membership Fees: Once a membership period begins, the membership fee is non-refundable.

Training Programs

• Cancellations for training programs are eligible for a refund if requested at least 14 days before the start date. An administrative fee may apply.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval, using the original payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in cases where:

• The service was completed to satisfaction.
• There is evidence of misuse or breach of our policies.
